Credit to me for the model art and/or rigging is required in your bio on all of your social media/platforms where the model is used.

「パパ」 or "Artist" or "Rigger" may be used for my credit.

I reserve the rights to post progress images, details, and show off the WIP of the model for advertising and portfolio purposes unless specified otherwise by the client under NDA agreement.

As soon as the client posts the work on their own social media, or streams using the model, I reserve the rights to showcase the work on my own portfolio.

Free revisions and fixes to an art or rig are available for 3 months (90 days) after it is delivered.

Design work is taken on a long term basis. If you are requiring a design for your model from scratch, it will be a process that we will work with together for several months.

I do not take rush orders for models that require design.

Mood boards, references, themes, and ideas must be collected before you commission me with a CLEAR idea of what you are looking for. I will not brainstorm ideas with you.

There is an additional fee for me to design your Vtuber model.

I have a right to refuse your commission if I do not feel confident in my abilities to complete your request.

Art will be done on a 5000px-10000px canvas, and adjusted accordingly to the size of your toggles and model features.

I will not replicate another artists style for your model. (i.e. "I love your work, and x-person wasn't available for me to commission them, can you draw it like they would?")

If I am not rigging your model, please direct your model rigger to me for any adjustments needed to the art and I will be happy to oblige.

You are required to have a fully prepared .psd file to work with me. This means: Model centered on canvas, correctly named layers (no spacing), layers are properly separated, any stray pixels have been deleted. Failure to provide this may incur an additional fee for me to prepare and fix the art file for you and make it suitable for me to rig. This process halts my progress and makes it take longer to begin the rigging.

Any parts that are to be symmetrical MUST be symmetrical in the art across the center of the canvas.

The quality of the model separation and preparation of layers has a direct effect on the result of the rig. Motion can be hindered by insufficiently separated art. Shoyo can not be held responsible for the quality of the art separation.

If you have a clear idea of features (i.e. mouth shape, eye shape, ear shape, etc.) you must provide reference or be able to clearly explain your ideas in a written or visual text document.

I will not emulate another rig artist's style for your commission (i.e, "I couldn't afford x-person, can you make my model look like they rigged it?")

I will not release the .cmo3 file to you unless you require it for further enhancements done by another rigger. If you want the .cmo3 file for any reason there will be an additional fee.

All payments, taxes, and fees are calculated in USD (Please check the conversion rate for your own currency.)

Payment will be requested by default as a Paypal invoice. Another option is to commission me on my Vgen page.

Payment is never required until after I send you the written PDF invoice with the breakdown of services being provided for your art or rig.

For chibi and half body art/rig payment must be made in full upfront before any work begins

For full body art/rig payment can be made upfront or in milestones. This must be discussed beforehand as I will not split the payment otherwise.

FOR REFUNDS: For a Model Art refund, a FULL refund will be given if I have yet to begin the work. A PATRIAL refund will be given dependent on the amount of work completed before the refund is requested. For a Live2D Rig refund the only Full refund I will give is if I have yet to begin the work. There is no partial refund given for Live2D rigs. I WILL OFFER A FULL REFUND IF I AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

Cancellations are only available BEFORE payment is made.

If you ever issue a wrongful chargeback for completed work or before receiving the expected completed work, the work will not be completed. Additionally, you will lose the right to any work I've done for you. I will refuse to work with you in the future on any project under a current or future name/branding, and I will provide reason to other artists/riggers to avoid working with you. As I would never own rights to the art if it is done by another artist, I will also inform the artist that you worked with of the situation and allow them to handle it to their own discretion.

Note that these times are estimates based on my workload and commission list and may be completed earlier or later than projected. I am a full time student at the moment and my school work may delay my commission work.

Time to completion for Model Art is anywhere between 2-5 months depending on complexity of the design and additional toggles requested.

Anything shorter than 2 months for Model Art is considered a rush order

Rush orders can be delivered anywhere from 1-1.5 months for Model Art.

Time to completion for Live2D Rig is 1-3 months.

Anything shorter than 21 days for a Live2D rig is considered a rush order

Rush orders can be delivered anywhere from 2-3 weeks for a Live2D rig.

If you are applying for a rush order you must have a design for Model Art, or, a PROPERLY PREPARED .psd of your model for Live2D rigging.

I WILL NOT revise your .psd for you on a Live2D rush order. Please plan accordingly. I may refuse your request if the model art is not properly prepared.

For a Live2D model rush order, the toggle animations will be limited to basic toggles (i.e I will not rig a walking animation on a rush order). Anything complex (i.e Walking animation toggle) can be still be added later at a small discount.

Rush orders are +50% of the original quote.

Communication will always be 100% transparent (but potentially slow at times, please be patient with me I may be busy or out of the house). I will make sure to explain clearly what is going on and answer any questions you may have.
